Stocova provides inventory and distribution software for businesses in Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details (name, email, phone number) for the people your business authorises to use Stocova; and the business data you enter customers, suppliers, items, sales, purchases, payments, and ledger entries.

How we use it

To provide and operate the service, authenticate users, generate reports and invoices, and provide support. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, chosen for low latency from Pakistan. Access is restricted and protected in transit by HTTPS.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data, email qadirali876@gmail.com and we will action it within a reasonable period.
