Agreement

By using Stocova, your business agrees to these terms. Stocova is a subscription service for managing distribution operations.

Accounts & access

Your business is responsible for the accounts it provisions, for keeping credentials secure, and for the activity of its users. Accounts are provisioned by Stocova during the early-access phase.

Subscription & billing

The service is billed as a monthly subscription, arranged directly (bank transfer / IBFT) during early access. Fees are communicated before activation.

Your data

You own the business data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Stocova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keep your own records of critical financial data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
